If you still have problems using ISOCONT this is most probably
due to some errors or non conventional definitions in the FITS header
of your image. If you decide to actually solve the problem by
yourself, take a deep breath and look at the parameters of the FITS
header. You may find the following pointers useful ...
- CD00n00m: the determinant of the matrix must be one. The parameter
CDELT must exist and since its units are degrees per pixelm it must
have small values.
- CDn_m: the value of the component of the matrix must be small
(magnitude of pixel field of view in decimal degrees).
- CROTA2 or CROTA1: Is it perhaps -CROTA, or CROTA +90, or CROTA-90, or
CROTA-180, or CROTA +180 ?!
