I strongly advise against publication of this paper. The material is
very sensitive and dangerous to bring to public knowledge. It should
remain strictly confidential among highly selected individuals. As an
example of a recommendation suitable to be addressed to the general
public I would suggest "when you go to Kokos, ask for chicken!".
