UNIVERSITY of CRETE - PHYSICS DEPARTMENT
Section of Astrophysics & Space Physics
2008-2009 Seminars

In this page we present a list of the seminars organized by the Section of Astrophysics & Space Physics at the Department of Physics of the University of Crete. These talks typically take place on semi random intervals by the various visitors of the Section and they are open to all members of the Department. In addition, we often include in this page colloquia of the Physics department on topics which overlap with the research areas of the Section. The complete list of the regular colloquia of the department is available here.

Unless otherwise noted, the seminars take place in the 2nd floor seminar room of the Physics Bldg. You may check the link of each seminar for details on the topic as well as the exact location and time of each talk. If you think you may be visiting Crete and you would like to visit us please contact Vassilis Charmandaris or Aga Slowikowska.

For more information on the activities of the Section of Astrophysics & Space Physics, you may check the PDF files of the annual reports of the Section for the calendar years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
